Longer Term Appointments

This is the core business for Premier Pensions Management. We do not have a standard approach to longer-term appointments. Instead, we develop a service that meets your longer-term needs and requirements. This could include some or all of the following:-

1 To act as your pensions manager

  • Co-ordinating all professional advisers and regulating costs
  • Project managing the operation of the Pension Plan for the Trustees and the Company

2 To act as your in-house pension expert

  • The first point of call for any pension related question, be it from your senior employees or individual members

3 To act as Secretary to the Trustees

  • Arranging and co-ordinating meetings
  • Setting agendas
  • Distributing papers and preparing the minutes
  • Including working closely with the Chairman of the Trustees

4 To provide a full pensions administration service

  • Using Profund's oPen system
  • Including pension payroll and bookkeeping
  • Preparation of draft annual report and accounts

5 To review all new legislation

  • It's likely impact on the Company’s pension provision and offer effective solutions

6 To operate a help desk

  • To answer all pension related queries, which can be available to the Company and/or to individual members as required

7 To continually review

  • With the Company/Trustees the provision of pension benefits to see if they are meeting the Company's objectives

8 To ensure

  • The Trustees/Company comply with all legislation (especially the Pensions Acts 1995 and 2004)

9 To review, design and implement

  • The communication of pension benefits

10 Co-ordination of professional advisers

  • To ensure you get the best team from your professional advisers
  • Have effective performance standards
  • Fee budgets in place and that they are monitored and reviewed on a regular basis

11 To establish an Annual Pension Business Plan

  • To establish an Annual Pension Scheme Business Plan with the Trustees to cover all aspects of the operation of the Plan, including fees and monitoring progress against the Plan.

Premier Pensions Management keeps client personnel from being involved in pension minutiae by taking care of the day to day operation of the Pension Plan, enabling them to concentrate your time on the crucial pension issues.
