Premier Pensions Management Limited (PPM) has announced that Paul Couchman will be joining the firm as a Director on 1 September 2005.

Couchman was previously at Mercer Human Resource Consulting for 22 years, latterly as Head of Consulting for London and the South-East and was also a previous Head of Pensions Administration in the UK.

Dai Smith, founder of Premier Pensions Management, said ‘I am delighted that somebody with Paul’s experience and knowledge of the benefits business has decided to join the firm at this stage of our development’.

Couchman said “I am excited about the possibilities for Premier Pensions Management and I am looking forward to working with Dai and his team to grow the business. They have had a very successful first couple of years with a very customer focused approach to working with their clients and the changes in the industry provide significant opportunities for further growth”.
