Premier Pensions Management Announces Changes.
Changes in the leadership of Premier Pensions Management have just been announced.
Dai Smith, founder of the Firm in June 2003 has moved to the Chairman's role whilst Paul Couchman, sales and marketing director is taking over as Managing Director.
Dai said "Premier Pensions Management was established as a customer focused business and as we continue to grow we want to ensure that we do not lose sight of that. The main focus of my role will be to provide leadership to the Firm on all our client activities ranging from relationships to technical advice. Passing on the responsibility of managing the business on a day to day basis will enable me to concentrate on the client issues. Paul held senior management roles during his career at Mercer before joining Premier Pensions Management and is ideally suited to lead our continued growth".
Paul Couchman said "I am delighted to be able to lead the Firm through the next phase of its development. We have been able to establish Premier Pensions Management as a sound business with rapid growth over the past 3.5 years. The business is continuing to win new clients and as we develop other services as well we are excited about the possibilities for the Firm".
It was confirmed that Couchman will retain his responsibilities for business development and marketing, pensions administration services and the regional office in Maldon.
