Services *	Administration Data Analysis Accounts Pensioner Payroll	We recommend that all our new clients complete a data analysis as part of our standard installation process.
Charging Basis *	Fixed Fee Transactional	Fixed fee is an annual charge covering all services. Transactional fees cover core services with additional transaction charges being levied for additional task.
Installation Costs *	Separate Included	Installation costs can be charged separately in order to ring fence this cost into a single payment. This will help to reduce your ongoing annual management charges.
Contract Period *	3 Years 5 Years 7 Years Over 7 Years	Longer term contracts will result in lower annual management charges. The minimum term contract is 3 years.
