Dai Smith
 Dai founded Premier Pensions Management in June 2003 having spent 20 years with Mercer HRC as a senior benefits consultant and a European Partner.
In his career, Dai has consulted with a wide range of companies and in particular, has extensive experience of the industrial sector and US multinationals.
His desire to do things differently and focus more on client needs was the driver to establishing Premier Pensions Management. Dai is an Associate of the Pensions Management Institute and a PPEC holder and as Chairman of the firm provides leadership to the firm on all client management and relationship issues.
