Jay joined Premier Pensions Management in November 2003 having previously worked for a number of the large benefit consultancies in the UK where he was a senior benefits consultant.

He has over 20 years experience in pensions, starting his career as an actuarial student before moving into consultancy and client management roles. His varied consultancy roles have seen him acting as secretary to various trustee boards, providing strategic advice to companies in sales and acquisitions and working alongside clients in many industry sectors as they develop their long term pension planning.

Jay graduated from Manchester University with a BSc, Post Dip - Actuarial Science.
