Mike joined Premier Pensions Management in May 2004, having spent 20 years with SNL and Mercer HRC as a senior benefits consultant. Mike has worked with many companies, both large and small, over the years to change their pension arrangements and has practical knowledge of all the stages involved in such changes, including implementation. He has also worked with Boards of Trustees to effectively run their pension arrangements taking into account best practice and all aspects of relevant legislation.

Mike is an Associate of the Pensions Management Institute and a PPEC holder.
