Paul joined Premier Pensions Management in September 2005 having previously spent 22 years with Mercer HRC. His varied career there included senior leadership roles in Retirement Consulting, Administration and Business Development and he was also a Worldwide Partner.

As a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute, a Member of PMI Council and a PPEC holder, his consulting background has seen him advising a wide range of clients over the years, particularly Financial Institutions in the City through acquisitions, DB/DC switches and strategic reviews. As Managing Director of Premier Pensions Management he has responsibility for all operational aspects for the firm and in particular, Business Development and Marketing, Administration services and the regional office in Bristol.
