Costs

Fees for the Core Service:
The cost of TrusteeHub is based on the number of Trustees. All Trustees (or Directors for a corporate trustee) of a Board must be registered with the service.

The subscription is: £495 per Trustee or Director
subject to a maximum of £2,750 per Trustee Board.

(Prices for Professional Trustees appointed to more than one scheme will depend upon the number of schemes to which they are appointed – we will be pleased to discuss this with you).

The subscription is for 12 months and is subject to VAT. Rates will be reviewed annually.

Setting up and maintenance		 £250 pa each

4 Initial data analysis and review
in conjunction with ITM Limited		 P.O.A
5 Annual data review / update P.O.A
6 Initial review of trustee effectiveness to include individual assessment, team characteristics, etc P.O.A
7 Annual update £1,750
8 Annual compliance review – an assessment against the Regulators Annual Governance Survey £2,000 pa
9 On-line facility to share scheme documents £2,000 pa
10 Quarterly actuarial updates of funding position of scheme based on market movements P.O.A.
11 We would be pleased to provide budgets for any other services, whether ongoing or project based required P.O.A.
