Trustee Training

Trustee Knowledge and Understanding (TKU) is now a well established part of any Trustee's life. However, building the knowledge required to carry out the duties of Trustees is not enough. It is vital that Trustees ensure that they remain up-to-date with developments within the industry and also that they ensure that they are able to apply their knowledge.

The Regulator rightly continues to raise the bar in terms of what is expected and the environment in which Trustees work continues to be challenging. Premier Pensions Management Limited recognises the important role of the Pension Fund Trustee as a responsible role and one where Trustees need support.

Our one-day seminars move beyond the basic requirements of TKU to look at how Trustees should apply their knowledge in the changing environment in which we live. We look at real cases and consider how Trustees should react and we look at the recent developments within the industry in terms of case law, changes to the guidance issued by the Regulator and so on.

Our approach is instructive, interactive and fun. Most of all, we aim to ensure that Trustees will leave the session better placed than most to meet the challenges ahead.

All of our seminars are PMI accredited and all attendees will receive a certificate of participation which can be used in monitoring that they meet the TKU requirements.
